Hyper Puzzle privacy policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
Effective 17 October 2026. This policy covers the game Hyper Puzzle (com.gurmegames.hyperpuzzle), published by Gurmehub under the TudiApps brand. Our general privacy policy covers the website and our other apps.
In short: Hyper Puzzle has no sign-up. Your progress is saved on your phone. To take part in the world and daily leaderboards the game creates an anonymous player account; you can optionally sign in with Google. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional gold packs and ad removal through Google Play. We collect gameplay statistics and crash reports to balance the game and fix bugs. We never sell your data.
What the game collects
- Game progress, on your device: levels and stars, scores, gold, power-ups, settings, your daily streak and an unfinished game. It stays on your phone.
- Leaderboards: an anonymous player ID (Firebase Authentication), the display name shown on the board (a generated guest name unless you change it), your best scores and highest level, and a country code taken from your phone’s language setting (not from your location). If you choose to sign in with Google, your Google account is linked to the same player ID; we use it only to keep your leaderboard entry on other devices.
- Gameplay events: for example “level started/completed” with score and stars, endless and classic results, power-ups used, rewarded ads watched, screens opened and the outcome of purchases. They go to Firebase Analytics, which adds an app instance ID, device model, OS version, language and approximate country (from the IP address). With consent, the same events also go to our own analytics server together with a random install ID created by the game (not your advertising ID), the app version and language.
- Crash and error reports: if the game crashes, freezes or hits a programming error, a report with the error details, device model, OS version and app version is sent to Firebase Crashlytics, and with consent to our own crash-reporting server together with the random install ID.
- Ads: Google AdMob collects your device’s advertising ID, IP address and device information to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud.
- Purchases: Google Play handles payment. The game only receives a purchase confirmation; we never see your card details.
The game does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files, and has no chat. It uses vibration (you can turn it off in Settings), local reminder notifications that are scheduled on your phone (you can turn them off in Settings) and the internet connection for ads, purchases, leaderboards, updates, analytics and crash reports.
What leaves the phone, and where
| What | Where to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID, display name, best scores, highest level, country code from the phone language; Google account link if you sign in | Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google LLC) | World and daily leaderboards |
| Gameplay events, app instance ID, device and language details | Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) | To see which parts of the game are hard or unused and to balance it |
| Gameplay events with a random install ID, app version and language (only with consent) | Our analytics server, run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) | Retention and difficulty statistics to improve the game |
| Crash and error reports with device model, OS and app version | Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC); with consent also our own crash-reporting server (Sentry, self-hosted by Gurmehub) with the random install ID | To find and fix bugs |
| Advertising ID, IP address, device information | Google AdMob (Google LLC) | To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud |
| Purchase confirmation | Google Play (Google LLC) | To deliver gold packs and ad removal |
| A check for a newer version and, occasionally, a request to show the rating window | Google Play (Google LLC) | To keep the game up to date and to ask for a rating after a good moment. Your rating goes to Google Play, not to us |
Our own analytics and crash-reporting servers never receive your name, email address, advertising ID or Google account.
Ads and consent
The game shows a banner at the bottom of the home and game screens, a full-screen ad when you start a game (not in your first minutes of play and at most once a minute) and optional rewarded video ads that give gold, continue a game or double a reward. You can remove the banner and full-screen ads with a one-time purchase; rewarded ads stay optional.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks you first: you can consent, decline or choose purposes. With your consent ads may be personalised and our own analytics and crash reports are collected; without it Google shows non-personalised ads and those two stay off. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
How long we keep data
Firebase Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months, our analytics server keeps raw events for 180 days, and crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Leaderboard entries are kept while the game is online; daily leaderboards stay with the day they belong to.
Deleting your account and data
Hyper Puzzle creates an anonymous player account for the leaderboards, which you can link to Google. To delete your Hyper Puzzle account and its data:
- Open the game, go to Profile and note your display name (if you signed in with Google, also the Google address you used).
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Hyper Puzzle account deletion” and that display name or address.
- Within 30 days we delete your player account, the linked Google sign-in, your world and daily leaderboard entries, and the analytics events and crash reports stored under your install ID, and we confirm by email.
You can also ask us to delete only your leaderboard entries or only your analytics data without deleting the account. Progress saved on your phone is deleted when you uninstall the game. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you are kept; Google keeps the data it collects as an independent controller (AdMob, Google Play) under its own policies.
Children
Hyper Puzzle is a family-friendly puzzle game, but it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
