Jigsaw Line privacy policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Effective 15 October 2026. This policy covers the game Jigsaw Line: Arrow Puzzle (com.gurmegames.jigsawline), published by Gurmehub under the TudiApps brand. Our general privacy policy covers the website and our other apps.
In short: Jigsaw Line has no account and no sign-up. Your progress, coins, jigsaw pieces and settings are saved only on your phone. Daily reminders are scheduled by the phone itself. The game shows ads through Google AdMob; Google’s consent form lets you choose how ads use your data. We do not collect analytics and we never sell your data.
What the game keeps
- Game progress, on your device: unlocked levels, score, coins, hearts, rotation stars, daily streak, endless-mode records, placed jigsaw pieces and settings. It never leaves your phone.
- Reminders, on your device: if you allow notifications, the game schedules at most one local reminder a day (for the daily puzzle and your streak). The schedule is kept by Android on your phone; no server is involved. You can turn reminders off in Settings or in Android’s notification settings.
- Ads: Google AdMob collects your device’s advertising ID, IP address and device information to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud.
The game does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files, has no chat and no account. Besides notifications it only uses vibration (which you can turn off in Settings) and the internet connection for ads.
What leaves the phone, and where
| What | Where to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID, IP address, device information | Google AdMob (Google LLC) | To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud |
| Your consent choice | Google User Messaging Platform (Google LLC) | To remember whether ads may be personalised |
We do not run our own server for the game and there is no analytics or crash reporting: nothing is sent to us directly.
Ads and consent
The game shows a banner ad at the bottom of the game screen and offers optional rewarded video ads that give coins for hints (a few times a day). Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice; there are no full-screen ads between levels.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks you first: you can consent, decline or choose purposes, and change your choice later in the game’s Settings. With your consent ads may be personalised; without it Google shows non-personalised ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
Keeping and deleting your data
Everything the game keeps lives on your phone: uninstalling the game or choosing “Reset progress” in Settings deletes it. Data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google’s privacy policy; for questions write to [email protected].
Children
Jigsaw Line is a family-friendly puzzle game, but it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw ad consent at any time in the game’s Settings (Ad privacy options). Write to [email protected].
Changes
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
