Which apps have accounts

Only apps with online play have an optional account, used for matchmaking and rating. Our other apps have no accounts and store their data on your device.

What gets deleted

Your account record, email address, rating and match history. Anonymous aggregate counts that cannot be linked back to you may remain.

How long it takes

We confirm the request within two working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deleting on-device data

For apps that store data locally, uninstalling the app removes everything. Export your data first if you want to keep it.
