Who we are
TudiApps is a brand of Gurmehub. This policy covers the TudiApps website and the apps we publish on Google Play.
This includes Hyper Puzzle: Neon Blocks (com.gurmegames.hyperpuzzle) and Bookmad: Track & Read Books (com.gurmehub.bookmad), published by Gurmehub.
What we collect
The website uses cookieless analytics that records page views without identifying you. No cookie banner is needed because no cookies are set.
Each app collects different data, or none at all. The app-specific summary on every product page states exactly what applies to that app, and it matches the Data Safety declaration on Google Play.
Advertising
Our ad-supported games and Bookmad (com.gurmehub.bookmad) show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob uses the advertising identifier of your device, which is shared with Google to serve and measure those ads. Apps that are not listed as ad-supported show no ads.
In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are served, through the User Messaging Platform from Google. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time — in Bookmad from Settings → Ad preferences.
Bookmad offers an ad-free yearly subscription. While it is active the app requests no ads at all. The subscription is billed by Google Play and belongs to your Google Play account, not to your Bookmad account: deleting your Bookmad account does not cancel it. Cancel it from Play Store → Subscriptions.
Additional data collected in our mobile apps
Crash and diagnostic logs. When one of our apps closes unexpectedly, a crash report is generated through Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix the problem. The report contains your device model, operating system version and the code trace where the error occurred. It does not contain your name, email address or location.
Bookmad does not use Firebase. Its crash and performance reports go to a Sentry server we host ourselves, and carry the same technical detail: device model, operating system version and the code trace. Account tokens, email addresses and the contents of your books and notes are never included.
In-app events. So we can tune the difficulty of our games against real usage rather than guesswork, we record anonymous events through Google Firebase Analytics: which level was started and completed, the score reached, which power-up was used, and the outcome of a purchase flow. This data is analysed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Google. We only receive which product was purchased, so we can deliver that content and restore it if you change device. This also covers the ad-free subscription in Bookmad.
Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe your child has shared data with us, contact us at the address below and we will delete the record.
Where data is stored
Where an app stores data on the device, it stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall. Bookmad needs an account and keeps your library, notes and reading history on our servers in the EU; in our games any online account is optional.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] or use the data deletion page. We complete requests within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced in the release notes of the affected app.
